Mary Miller has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the insurance industry. Mary began their career at Conseco, where they worked as a Call Center Rep/Claim Adjuster, gaining extensive knowledge in long term care insurance. Mary then moved on to Senior Health Insurance Company of Pennsylvania (SHIP) as a Business Analyst, leading a project team and contributing to the conversion of the claim and administration system. Since 2010, Mary has been with Fuzion, starting as an Operations Manager and later transitioning into roles such as HR Generalist and HR Manager. In their most recent position as VP of Human Resources, they have been responsible for strategic initiatives and managing the HR staff. Mary has demonstrated strong leadership skills and proven success in implementing rate increase plans and establishing anti-fraud programs.

Mary Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Marian University Indianapolis, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Brownsburg High School from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Mary also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including SHRM-CP from SHRM in February 2016, Health Care Anti-Fraud Associate (HCAFA) from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) in October 2010, FLMI from LOMA in October 2008, and a Long-Term Care Professional (LTCP) certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP).
