Paul Tripodes is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in franchise development within the restaurant industry. Paul has worked with companies such as Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Aloha Poke Co., USHG, LLC, Saladworks, LLC, Moe's Southwest Grill, Bojangles' Restaurants, Boston Pizza Restaurants, and Wyndham Worldwide. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Stony Brook University and a Regents Diploma from E.L. Vandermeulen HS.
