Linh Phan

Linh Phan is a seasoned consultant and trainer with extensive experience in health care quality assurance and accreditation. Since 2012, Linh has worked at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, focusing on strengthening provincial health systems in Vietnam. Concurrently, Linh has provided consulting services for JCI Accreditation at American Eye Center and served as the JCI Project Manager and Manager of the Quality Assurance and Clinical Governance Department at FV Hospital, overseeing accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives. Linh's earlier roles include serving as a pediatric physician at Vi Dan Clinic and completing a pediatric surgery internship at The Number 1 Children Hospital. Linh holds a Master's degree in Pediatric Surgery and a General Doctor degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy HCMC.
