Nabanita Chakrabarty (CHRBP)

Nabanita Chakrabarty (CHRBP) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nabanita began their career as an HR & Admin Executive at Onward Technologies, where they handled recruitment, grievances, and overall administration works. Nabanita then joined SPS Intrad Pvt Ltd as an HR Specialist, responsible for assessing training needs, coordinating staff induction, and providing HR administration and support. Nabanita then worked as a Senior Consultant at People Source Management, where they took client requirements, formed search briefs, and followed up on payments. Nabanita further progressed to become the Group HR Manager at Eurostar Group, overseeing HR operations for 6 regions and 700 employees.
