Angela Boehning

Angela Boehning, MBA, PHR, serves as the Vice President and Human Resources Director at Fox Valley Savings Bank since May 2015, where responsibilities include coaching managers and employees on HR-related matters and administering compensation and performance appraisals. Prior to this role, Angela worked as the Human Resources Manager at Omni Glass and Paint Inc from October 2011 to May 2015, overseeing HR functions for over 180 employees across multiple locations and implementing wellness initiatives and compensation structures. Angela’s career in HR began as a Senior HR Generalist at Charter Communications, where significant contributions included managing recruitment and facilitating training sessions. Angela holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR and Marketing from the same institution.
