Ruthanne Bulman

Ruthanne Bulman, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ruthanne started their career as an Employment Relations Specialist at Lourdes Hospital in 1994 and held this role until 1997. Ruthanne then joined Catholic Charities of Broome County as a Human Resources Director in 1997 and stayed with the organization until 2007.
