Eric Cheuk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric started their career in advertising and marketing, working as an Account Manager at Ogilvy & Mather from September 1999 to December 2000. Eric then worked as an Associate Account Director at Draftfcb from January 2001 to May 2002. In 2002, they joined Vitasoy International Holdings Ltd. as an Assistant Manager of Marketing.

In 2008, Eric joined Manulife, a leading insurance provider. Eric held various positions, including Senior Manager, Marketing Communications & Branding at Manulife Asia from July 2008 to June 2011, and Director, Marketing Communications & Branding at Manulife Asia from July 2011 to December 2015. In these roles, Eric oversaw branding strategies and activations for the Asia Division, including sponsorship, web upgrades, and global brand repositioning. Eric successfully improved the brand ranking for Manulife in "Asia's Top 1,000 Brands."

Eric then joined FWD Insurance in 2016. Eric held several roles within the company, including Director of Digital Marketing from June 2016 to December 2016, Assistant Vice President of Digital Customer Relationships from December 2016 to August 2018, and Head of Distribution Solution and Transformation from September 2018 to April 2020. In their most recent role as Head of Customer Experience and Transformation, FWD HK and Macau, starting in May 2021, Eric is responsible for improving customer experience and driving transformation initiatives.

Eric Cheuk holds an MBA degree in Finance from HKUST Business School, which they completed between 2005 and 2007.
