Mary Jane Crystal, PMP, PSM, is an experienced Project Manager who has held various leadership roles in renowned companies such as FWD Insurance, HSBC, Citibank, ANZ, Deutsche Knowledge Services, Citigroup Business Process Solutions, and Epixtar International Contact Center. With a solid background in Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, and Process Migration, Mary Jane has successfully led strategic initiatives, implemented process improvements, and managed cross-functional projects. Mary Jane is currently the Director and Head of Project Management Office at FWD Insurance.
