Prachi Shanbhag

Prachi Shanbhag has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prachi began their career as an Area Sales Manager at Avon in 1999 and later joined AIG as a Senior Manager in Product Management & Training for Worldwide Accident & Health. Prachi then joined HDFC Bank as an AVP in Product & Portfolio before transitioning to Manulife as the AVP in Strategic Channel Development for Asia. Prachi further expanded their career at Citi as the SVP and Head of Insurance Product & Distribution in South Asia. Prachi returned to Manulife for various roles, including Head of Strategy & Business Development for Bancassurance Partnerships and Head of Product & Distribution for DBS Bancassurance Partnership in Asia. Prachi's most recent position was as the Vice President of Group Partnership Distribution, Asia at FWD Insurance.

Prachi Shanbhag is currently pursuing an Executive Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management, General at the Yale School of Management since 2023.
