Sharon Dorairaj

Sharon Dorairaj is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate governance. Currently serving as Chief Human Resource Officer at FWD Insurance, Sharon has also held positions as Independent Director at Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. and Senior Vice President of Group Human Resources at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at MCIS Insurance Berhad and Vice President at OCBC Bank. Sharon is furthering expertise in the banking sector through ongoing studies at the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, pursuing a Chartered Banker degree, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
