Martina Gallinger has extensive experience in HR management, with roles in various global companies. Martina has been responsible for HR operations, advising managers and employees, overseeing European subsidiaries, coordinating with labor attorneys, implementing policies and procedures, and partnering with global HR programs. With a strong background in personnel support, recruitment, onboarding, and labor law, Martina has successfully managed HR teams and implemented HR processes in different organizations.
