Charlie De Wilde

Charlie De Wilde has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, Charlie worked as a Front Desk Talent at Aloft Hotels before transitioning to a Welcome Desk Agent at W Hotels in 2017. In 2018, Charlie became a Duty Manager at QO Amsterdam and later moved on to become an Operations Specialist at Bird. In 2019, Charlie worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at Tellow and then joined Apple as a Specialist. After that, Charlie worked at Accenture as a ServiceNow Developer from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Charlie is employed at FX Innovation as a ServiceNow Developer. Additionally, in 2023, Charlie will be taking on the role of ServiceNow Mentor at Green Fox Academy.

Charlie De Wilde's education history begins in 2012 at Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen, where they pursued Applied Linguistics in French and Portuguese. They then attended AP Hogeschool Antwerpen from 2013 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management. In 2020, Charlie enrolled in Green Fox Academy and achieved the Junior Web Developer degree in 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Charlie obtained the Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow in April 2021. They also completed several online courses, including "Advanced CSS and Sass: Flexbox, Grid, Animations and more," "Webdesign for Webdevelopers," and "Build responsive real-world websites with HTML5 and CSS3" from Udemy in 2020. Charlie further enhanced their qualifications by acquiring the Certified Application Developer and CIS - HR certifications from ServiceNow in September 2022, and the CIS - Software Asset Management certification from ServiceNow in January 2022.
