Tomas Franco

Tomas Franco is an experienced production professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at FXI since May 2012, Tomas focuses on enhancing safety, quality, cost, and delivery through strategic resource management. Prior to FXI, Tomas held the position of Manager of Manufacturing at TTI Floor Care North America from 1989 to 2011, where responsibilities included resource management and implementing metrics for workforce efficiency, alongside leading cost-cutting initiatives. Additionally, Tomas served as Manufacturing Manager at The Hoover Company from February 2000 to September 2010, where goals related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery were achieved through effective shop floor management and employee coaching. Tomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, New Mexico.
