Kent S.

Kent S. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Kent is currently the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Fynn since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the General Counsel at BlueChip Financial from June 2018 to October 2021. In 2017, Kent served as the General Counsel for GreenPath Financial Wellness and the Homeownership Preservation Foundation, two affiliated non-profit organizations. Kent also served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Homeownership Preservation Foundation from an unknown start date until June 2018. From 2011 to 2013, Kent held the position of General Counsel at Gradient Financial Group and provided legal counsel to its member companies. Kent began their legal career as an Associate at Briggs and Morgan, practicing in various areas of litigation from 2007 to 2011. Kent had a summer associate role at Briggs & Morgan in 2006 and started their legal career as a Law Clerk at Power Rogers & Smith in 2005.

Kent S. completed their high school education at Winona Senior High School. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1999 to 2003. Kent then furthered their education at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2004 to 2007.
