Jessica Rogers

Jessica Rogers has extensive experience working for Fypon & Thermatru Doors. Jessica started in 2001 and held various roles within the company. As a Quality Specialist from 2001-2003, they ensured product quality. From 2003-2007, they worked as a Logistics Specialist, managing the transportation of goods. From 2007-2012, they served as a Business Analyst, acting as the primary point of contact between the US and China facilities. In 2012, Jessica became a Business Unit Liaison, overseeing a significant manufacturing transition from China to Mexico, managing project timelines and process improvement activities in both facilities.

Jessica Rogers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from The University of Toledo, which they attended from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a BS in Foreign Trade at Yantai University from 1999 to 2002.
