Henry Fairbairn

Henry Fairbairn is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in product optimization and design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Optimisation Engineer at Fyron since March 2024, Henry previously held positions such as Designer (Mechanical) at TWD, and Co-Founder and CTO at PreMal, a company dedicated to developing innovative mosquito traps for malaria prevention in Africa. Notable experiences include conducting scientific research at Wageningen Animal Sciences, specializing in experimental zoology and animal behavior, as well as design engineering roles at FRENO LTD and product design at Whitecroft Lighting. Henry holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from The Henley College.
