Additionally, Barry holds leadership roles as Teammanager Fysiotherapie and Bestuurslid at Jeugdfonds Sport en Cultuur Almere, focusing on youth participation in sports and culture. As Chairman of the Paramedisch Platform Almere, Barry fosters collaboration among various healthcare disciplines, while also co-founding the Longfysiotherapie Netwerk Almere to support patients with lung diseases.
