David Dowdy

David Dowdy has a diverse work experience in various healthcare companies. David worked as the VP of Operations for FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers since September 2019, and previously served as the VP of Company Clinics from February 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Network Development at Bardavon Health Innovations from April 2016 to February 2018. Starting from July 2005, David worked at SERC Physical & Hand Therapy, where they gained experience as a Clinic Director/Partner, Area Director, and Regional Director.

David Dowdy completed their Bachelor of Science in Fitness & Wellness from the University of Central Missouri from 1995 to 1998. David then pursued a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center from 1998 to 2000. Later, they obtained their Doctor of Physical Therapy from the same institution from 2006 to 2009.
