Frederic Poulin

Frederic Poulin has over 20 years of experience in various engineering and mechanic roles. Frederic is currently the Chief Executive Officer at FZ Inc., where they specialize in additive manufacturing and surface treatment. Prior to this, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aviation, where they assisted the Lean Lab team in developing new products and optimizing manufacturing processes. Frederic also worked as an Engineering Thesis Project at BOMBARDIER, where they designed a new cabin panel for the Global 6000 series. Additionally, they worked as an I.C.I.A. Contractor at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they established key parameters for engine evolution surveillance and assisted in the development of a new oil analysis program. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Mechanic at Picotte Performance Inc., specializing in repairing motorcycles and ATV's, and as the Chief Mechanic and Service Manager at Guy Moto Sport Inc., specializing in performance and troubleshooting of various vehicles. Frederic also worked as a Sales Coordinator at Plastic Cellulaire Polyform Inc., where they designed and quoted parts for manufacturing.

Frederic Poulin completed their Diploma d'études collégiales in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Dawson College, from 2007 to 2010. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure, from 2010 to 2014.
