Philipp Fath

Philipp Fath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process engineering and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as Department Manager at FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik since September 2016, Philipp Fath leads initiatives in Information Process Engineering and logistics. Prior to this role, Philipp Fath held the position of Project Manager for Process Simulation at iSILOG GmbH / EDAG Production Solutions from November 2011 to August 2016, specializing in material flow, logistics, and production simulation. An early career included an internship at PRETTL group, focusing on production and warehouse management, and experience as a paramedic with ASB Mannheim. Philipp Fath earned a Dipl.-Wi.-Ing. in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, complemented by exchange studies in Informatik and Wirtschaftswissenschaften at the University of Basel and in Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de València.
