Paul Moore

Paul Moore is currently the CFO at G-CON Manufacturing. Paul has previously served as the CFO at the Hedwin Division of Zacros America from January 2015 to December 2018.

At Zacros America, Paul was responsible for creating and implementing a three year plan that restructured the company to achieve an overall bottom line improvement. This plan moved manufacturing from a 24/5 operation to a 24/7 operation, reduced the number of manufacturing lines on the floor by 40%, and reduced the direct headcount by 60%. Additionally, Paul directed and controlled engineering group on plant automation to maximize benefits and meet manufacturing costs goals. As a result of these initiatives, the company achieved a 200% bottom line improvement, with 300%-400% expected by the end of the third year.

In addition to their work restructuring Zacros America, Paul also successfully restructured the company's 401K and Medical plans to attract and retain top talent without increasing costs. Paul also reduced the month-end close from 12 days to 4 days.

Currently, Paul is preparing for the integration of a new ERP system and possible SAP consolidations to parent company.

Paul Moore has a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Finance / Management Science & Information Technology. Paul also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. In addition, they have a Master's degree in Accounting from New England College and has completed an online course in FOREX Currency Trading from Alpha Trading Floor. Paul is also certified by the AICPA as a CPA in Maryland and by the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants as a CMA.
