Nithya M.S is a seasoned professional in healthcare quality management, currently serving as the Manager - Quality and Patient Safety Officer at G.Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital since January 2021. Responsibilities include incident management, document control, NABH implementation, patient satisfaction monitoring, risk management, and compliance auditing. Nithya has previously worked at GANGA MEDICAL CENTRE AND HOSPITAL PVT. LTD. as a Healthcare Quality Consultant and at SAI NIRA CONSULTANCY, focusing on internal auditing and quality policy formulation. Nithya is pursuing an MBA in Health Care Administration from BITS Pilani and has completed a Lean management course from the Consortium of Accredited Hospitals, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute.
