Andrea Gagliardi

Andrea Gagliardi has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Andrea worked as a Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility Director at Liberty Latin America starting in 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Global TA Director at the same company. Before joining Liberty Latin America, Andrea served as the Talent Attraction & Acquisition Regional Head at Hilti Latin America from 2018 to 2019. Andrea also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Samsung Electronics in 2016. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager at HOMECENTERS PERUANOS - INTERCORP, where they developed staffing strategies for retail stores and conducted workforce analysis. Andrea also worked as an HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Advisor at Hewlett-Packard, where they managed retention cases, talent development strategies, and collaborated with business executives to improve organizational effectiveness. Andrea Gagliardi completed an Executive MBA from IE Business School in the year 2016. In 2015, they attended Harvard Business School for a course on Achieving Breakthrough Service. In 2011, Andrea completed a course on Coaching Ontological from CENTRUM PUCP. Andrea also attended CENTRUM PUCP in the same year for a course titled Strategic Management of Human Capital. Andrea's undergraduate education was completed at the Universidad de Piura, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Service Administration in the period from 2005 to 2010.
