Brandon Minor

Global Director, Accounting Policy at Liberty Latin America

Brandon Minor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brandon currently works at Liberty Latin America as the Global Director of Accounting Policy. In this role, they are responsible for leading and developing the global accounting policy function for the company. Prior to this, Brandon worked at Liberty Global as the Vice President of Global Finance Change Management and later as the Global Director of Finance Change Management. In these positions, they designed and implemented a finance project governance structure that improved transparency and financial accountability. Before joining Liberty Global, Brandon held various roles at Novelis, including Finance Director for Europe and European Regional Controller. Brandon led strategic initiatives such as restructuring the finance function, implementing shared services, and overseeing the first-time implementation of IFRS across the region. Brandon also worked at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board as an Inspections Specialist and at EY in roles such as Audit Manager and Manager of Transaction Advisory Services. Brandon has a strong background in audit, financial reporting, and accounting policy.

Brandon Minor holds a Master of Accountancy degree from The University of Alabama, which they obtained in 1998. Brandon also received a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration degree in Accounting from the same university, completing their studies in 1997. In addition, they attained certification as a United States Certified Public Accountant from the Alabama State Board of Accountancy. In 2011, they participated in the Novelis Global Leadership Program at Duke University Executive Education.
