Henry Alvarez

Henry Alvarez, PMP, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager Consumer BSS Program Manager at Liberty Latin America since April 2019, Alvarez directs and executes programs focused on Consumer domain projects across the LATAM and Caribbean regions. Previous roles include Program Manager at Cable & Wireless Communications, overseeing a diverse IT project portfolio, and Regional Project Manager positions at both Millicom International Cellular and CABLES & WIRELESS CO, managing complex implementations and providing mentorship. With earlier experience at Comverse, Lucent Technology, and AT&T, Alvarez has consistently delivered results in project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight, supported by a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Sciences from Siena College.
