Jose Quintero

Jose Quintero currently serves as Senior Director of Innovation Labs at Liberty Latin America, where responsibilities include centralized technology testing, evaluation, and innovation. Prior to this, Jose held several roles at Cable & Wireless Panama, including CTIO of Networks & IT, where significant projects included public video surveillance and telemedicine solutions for government sectors. Jose also contributed as Corporate CTO, overseeing technology and vendor selection, as well as developing a multi-services network for government entities. Additional experience includes management positions in network services and security at Canal de Panamá. Jose holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the same institution.
