Sandra Martinez

Sandra Martinez is a seasoned professional in telecommunications and project management, currently serving as System Administrator Manager at Liberty Latin America since November 2016. In this role, Sandra provides critical CRM support primarily to the commercial and pre-sales teams, ensuring adherence to established sales processes and assisting various departments such as Service Implementation, Marketing, Finance, Product Engineering, PMO, Customer Care, and People. Previously, Sandra held positions including Incident Manager and Tech Support L2 Engineer, focusing on incident management, SLA and KPI monitoring, and providing Level 2 support for diverse telephony platforms.
