Alessandro Ticchi

Alessandro Ticchi is an accomplished professional in the fields of quantitative research and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Deputy Head of Research & Senior Partner at G-Research since April 2016. At G-Research, Alessandro has held various leadership roles, including Partner, Quant Group Head, and Quant Research Manager. In addition, Alessandro co-founded SPiKE.AI in April 2015 and has a strong academic background, including a joint PhD in Ai and Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London. Alessandro's previous experience includes a Visiting PhD Student position at USC Viterbi School of Engineering, a role as a quantitative interview questions curator at Scientifica Hiring, and a research internship at CINECA. Alessandro holds multiple degrees in physics, theoretical physics, and mathematical finance from esteemed institutions including Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
