Keith Fisher

With over 25 years of experience in public accounting and private industry, Keith has worked primarily in manufacturing for companies ranging in size from $20 million to $1 billion. He has extensive experience in financial statement preparation and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow forecasting.

Keith has been involved in multiple ERP implementations as well as numerous M&A projects and has held the top financial role at his last three positions, the two most recent as CFO and VP of Finance. His proven track record of streamlining financial operations that drive growth and create efficiencies in order to meet time-sensitive deadlines defines him, making him a valued member of the G-Squared team.

His BA is in Economics/Accounting from Ursinus College and his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, is from Saint Joseph’s University. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
