CRO Specialist at G-Star RAW

Zihan Su began their work experience as an intern at Hays in 2018, where they assisted in talent sourcing and contributed to monthly targets. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works, driving sales, processing transactions, and assisting with stock replenishment. Starting in 2022, Zihan worked at DEPT® as a CRO Trainee, gaining hands-on experience with client projects and creating a deck of psychological principles used for experimentation ideas. They then became a CRO Consultant, helping clients make data-driven decisions through user behavior analysis and optimization. In 2023, Zihan Su joined G-Star RAW as a CRO Specialist.

Zihan Su completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Persuasive Communication from the University of Amsterdam in 2021. Prior to that, Zihan Su obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University between 2015 and 2019. Zihan Su also attended Università Ca' Foscari Venezia in 2017. Additionally, Zihan Su has obtained several certifications, including Contentsquare Certified Expert, HTML certification from Codecademy, and certifications in Google Universal Analytics Essential Training (2020) and Marketing: Conversion Rate Optimization, all obtained in recent years.
