Karen Dyer

Karen Dyer, CCM, currently serves as Vice President and Project Manager at G. Stephens Inc. since June 2017. In addition, Karen is a Core Team Member with the LCI Northern Ohio Community of Practice since April 2019. Previously, Karen held the position of Engineering Projects Coordinator at the City of Akron, Ohio, from April 1987 to May 2017, where responsibilities included administering construction contracts, evaluating contractor bids, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Earlier in Karen's career, experience included roles as a Construction Inspector and Survey Crew Member at URS Corporation from October 1984 to April 1987 and an Engineering Co-op at the City of Akron from September 1983 to August 1984. Karen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from The University of Akron between 1980 and 1986.
