From January 2007 to September 2015, April worked at Philips Healthcare, taking on roles such as CRM Project Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt, driving process improvements and project management. Earlier experience includes positions at Dillard's Inc. and the Universal Cheerleaders Association. April Coy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and studied French Language at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
