Jeff Tholen

Jeff Tholen has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Jeff currently works as a Regional Sales Director for G1 Therapeutics, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Area Business Director for Oncopeptides from June 2020 to December 2021. Jeff also held various roles at Agios Pharmaceuticals, including Director of Sales Training from October 2018 to June 2020 and Senior Hematology Sales Consultant from April 2017 to October 2018.

Before Agios Pharmaceuticals, Jeff worked at Trovagene as a Director of Market Development from January 2017 to March 2017 and as a Precision Medicine Executive from January 2016 to December 2016. Jeff played a key role in introducing and developing the market for Trovagene's liquid biopsy assays.

Jeff's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Oncology Specialist at Onyx Pharmaceuticals from July 2012 to December 2015 and in various roles at sanofi-aventis, including Senior Clinical Product Specialist from July 2010 to July 2012, Hematology Sales Professional from December 2009 to June 2010, and Oncology Sales Professional from May 2008 to December 2009. Jeff also worked as a Sales Professional at Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals from March 2005 to July 2007.

Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in sales, market development, and training within the pharmaceutical industry.

Jeff Tholen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the Business of Healthcare Specialization from The Wharton School, the Economics of Healthcare Delivery from Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, Financial Acumen for Non-Financial Managers from The Wharton School, Health Care Innovation from Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, and Management Fundamentals from the University of Pennsylvania. All certifications were obtained in May 2020.
