Khanh Tran has over 18 years of experience in software development and engineering. Khanh also collaborated with other design teams to enhance the development of web applications and performed maintenance on daily production operations to improve performance and functionality.

Prior to MobiVi, Khanh worked as a Java Software Developer at Sequent Asia IT from October 2012 to March 2013. Here, they designed and implemented an enterprise-level eCommerce web application based on the Hybris eCommerce platform. Khanh also played a key role in supporting the product launch for MediaMarkt Shanghai and was responsible for the pay processing module using Alipay, which improved the shopping experience.

Before their role at Sequent Asia IT, Khanh served as a Lead Software Engineer at eXpresso (Liam) for over eight years, from August 2003 to December 2011. Here, they led the development of Online Microsoft Document Collaboration software and made significant contributions to the design and implementation of important modules, such as the Microsoft Excel Parser engine using Apache POI, real-time engine based on Sketchworks, and subscription management with PayPal. eXpresso was named one of the most innovative products of the year by PCWorld USA in 2007.

Khanh started their career as a Software Developer at Nhon Huu Corporation in November 2001. During their two-year tenure, they implemented software features and designs based on existing software and delivered Profit & Project Management software for use in a Japanese client's office.

Khanh Tran obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Khanh Tran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Natural Science, from 1997 to 2001.

In addition to the degrees, Khanh Tran also obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Developer – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022.
