Sarah Bush has extensive experience in the design field, spanning a range of roles and industries. Sarah currently works at g2o as an Experience Design Lead, where they have been since February 2020. Prior to this, they were a Sr. User Experience Designer at the same company from January 2016 to February 2020.
Before joining g2o, Sarah worked at Dynamit as a Designer from January 2015 to November 2015. In this role, they led strategy and UX design for both B2B and customer-facing web, mobile, and responsive solutions. Sarah collaborated closely with solutions architects and developers to deliver top-notch digital applications for global clients such as Alliance Data Systems, Hilton Worldwide Hotels, Donatos, Whataburger, and Tween Brands.
Sarah also has experience as the Founder & VP Creative Strategy at Sprout it from November 2012 to January 2015. Sarah created an international, multi-device gardening app and secured a partnership with Scott's Miracle-Gro, which provided funding for the app's development. In this role, they led information architecture and creative strategy for the small, agile team.
Prior to Sprout it, Sarah worked at Resource as a Mobile Designer from August 2011 to November 2012. Sarah specialized in app, mobile, and responsive web design and collaborated with a cross-functional team to create best-in-class solutions. Sarah also had the opportunity to work directly with clients and lead design presentations.
Sarah began their career at Nationwide Insurance, where they held multiple roles. Sarah started as an Interactive Design Intern in June 2010 and was later promoted to Interactive Designer, continuing to work on projects until December 2010. During their time at Nationwide, they designed website concepts, marketing materials, and banners ads for both public-facing and authenticated states of Nationwide.com. Sarah also contributed to the redesign of the Allied Insurance website.
In addition to their work in design, Sarah has experience as a Web Assistant Intern at the Wexner Center for the Arts from October 2009 to June 2010 and as a Visual Display Merchandiser at Charm Children's Clothing from May 2007 to November 2009. Sarah began their career in retail at Nordstrom, where they worked as a Sales Leader from June 2004 to December 2007.
