Janou Roskam

Janou Roskam is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at G4S since June 2024, Janou previously held various management positions at Fair Play Centers B.V., including Clustermanager and Locatiemanager from December 2019 to July 2024. Janou's background in hotel management includes roles as Hotel General Manager at Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant de Witte Brug and Fletcher Hotel de Zalm, as well as several Assistant Hotel Manager positions at Campanile properties from 2008 to 2017. Janou's educational foundation includes a HAVO degree in Cultuur en Maatschappij from Thorbecke Scholengemeenschap Zwolle and further studies at Deltion College Zwolle.
