Oscar Melo

Oscar Melo possesses extensive experience in operational excellence and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Director for G4S in the North Andean Sub-Cluster, Oscar has held multiple leadership roles within the company since January 2011, including Director de Operaciones and Operations Efficiency Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior experience includes a Sales Manager position at Central de Soldaduras y Protección Industrial S.A., and a Contract Manager role at Sotrans Ltda, overseeing significant transport contracts for the Cerrejon Coal Mine. Additionally, Oscar worked as a Professor-Catedratico at Universidad del Norte, teaching Sales Administration and Marketing courses, and held positions at Procter & Gamble as District Sales Manager and Customer Business Development Representative. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad del Norte and has pursued further education in security and marketing.
