Alex Sidhu is currently working as an IT Service Desk Analyst at G8 Education Ltd, where the responsibilities include providing desktop and server support services to childcare centers and support offices, as well as overseeing relationships with external ICT suppliers. Prior to this, Alex gained experience in customer service roles at Sitel Group, Westpac Group, and Australia Post. Alex also has a background in IT through a degree in Information Technology and Digital Enterprise from Southern Cross University.
