Michael Dakin

Michael Dakin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael currently holds the position of Workforce Strategic Lead at G8 Education Ltd, where they are responsible for strategic workforce planning. Prior to this role, they worked as an Organizational Development Advisor and a Workforce Analyst at the same company.

Before joining G8 Education Ltd, Michael worked at Telstra, where they held various roles in their Human Resources division. Michael served as a Workforce Strategy Lead, where they developed long-term workforce strategies and roadmaps driven by data and insights. Michael also worked as a Business Analyst, capturing business requirements and building HR dashboards using Power BI. In addition, they gained experience as a Project Support Analyst and a Customer Advisor at Telstra.

Michael also has experience working as a Placement Student at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust and in an administration role at Lifespan Psychology. Michael started their career as a Personal Trainer at Fitness First Australia.
