Michael Byess has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Michael started their career in 2009 as a Food Service Director at ARAMARK, where they were responsible for managing food service operations, staffing, inventory management, and negotiating supplier contracts. Michael worked there until 2011.
Michael then moved on to ABL Management in 2012 as a Food Service Director, where they served until 2013. After that, they joined Trinity Services Group as a District Manager from 2013 to 2020.
In 2015, Michael joined Kellwell Food Management as a Regional Manager until 2016. Michael then joined GA Foods as a Regional Director of Operations in 2020. Currently, they are working at Summit as a District Manager since 2020.
Overall, Michael has held various management roles in multiple companies, strengthening their expertise in food service operations and leadership.
Michael Byess earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Culinard between 2002 and 2004.
