Michael Byess has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Michael started their career in 2009 as a Food Service Director at ARAMARK, where they were responsible for managing food service operations, staffing, inventory management, and negotiating supplier contracts. Michael worked there until 2011.

Michael then moved on to ABL Management in 2012 as a Food Service Director, where they served until 2013. After that, they joined Trinity Services Group as a District Manager from 2013 to 2020.
