Elaine Nichols

Elaine Nichols, CPP, is an experienced tax and compliance analyst currently serving as a Senior Tax and Compliance Analyst at G&A Partners since January 2021. Prior to this role, Elaine held several positions at XMI, including Compliance Manager from July 2011 to January 2021 and Payroll Manager in the Human Resources Division from December 1999 to July 2011. Elaine began their career as a Payroll Specialist at ATS Southeast, Inc. from June 1978 to December 1999 and has also held earlier roles in clerical positions at Aladdin Industries and as a secretary at Commerce Union Bank. Elaine is a Certified Payroll Professional, having pursued education through the American Payroll Association since 2007.
