Ray Dunaway

Ray Dunaway currently serves as a Client Success Manager at G&A Partners, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ray was the Director of Client Implementation at Employer Advantage from July 2021 to March 2022, and before that, served as the Director of Retail Operations at Joplin Fishing Wholesale from March 2019 to July 2021. Ray’s extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Chick-fil-A, where Ray held the position of Director of Operations from January 2005 to March 2019, focusing on building the employment brand in Joplin, Missouri, and establishing effective hiring and training processes for high school and college students. Ray completed a degree at Missouri Southern State University between 2012 and 2018.
