Sean O'Donnell MBA, SPHR has a strong background in human resources and has held various management positions throughout their career. Sean started their career at Ancestry.com as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for staffing the call center. Sean then moved on to Utah Valley University, where they served as the Human Resources Manager for Employment. In this role, they managed the hiring and promotion processes for faculty, staff, students, and executives. After their time at UVU, Sean joined G&A Partners, a full-service HR outsourcing firm, where they worked in several roles, including Senior HR Advisor, Human Resources Manager, Client Operations Manager, and Director of Client Operations. In their roles at G&A Partners, they managed the delivery of HR, payroll, and benefits administration services to clients and provided strategic HR support and consulting. Currently, Sean is the Director of AccessHR at G&A Partners, overseeing HR shared services.

Sean O'Donnell holds an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, which they earned from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in History from Brigham Young University, completing their studies in 2005. Additionally, O'Donnell has obtained certifications as a Certified Professional GBS® Master from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in 2022 and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2013.
