Suzanne Bowling

Suzanne Bowling has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Suzanne is currently working as the Corporate HR Director and Regional Human Resources Director at G&A Partners since February 2022 and March 2022 respectively. Prior to that, they held roles at Employer Advantage, including Vice President of People since July 2021, Director Of Human Resources Services from January 2019 to July 2021, and Senior Human Resource Professional from January 2006 to January 2019. Before joining Employer Advantage, Suzanne served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Community Bank and Trust from July 2001 to January 2006.

Suzanne Bowling has a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Pittsburg State University. Suzanne also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Missouri Southern State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in 2015, Ntrinsx Trainer from Ntrinsx in 2014, and Senior Professional Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 1998.
