Jen Connell

Jen Connell is a seasoned program manager currently overseeing the Global Lifecycle Asset Management (GLAM) Program at Gabe, Inc., stationed on-site at Amgen since June 2021. With prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Dome Construction and various roles at JLL from 2009 to 2018, including Project Manager and Associate Project Manager, Jen excelled in managing Small Capital Projects with budgets ranging from $100k to $5M. Jen's project management expertise is complemented by strong communication skills, demonstrated through the role of Sr Associate Project Manager at Amgen, where effective coordination and communication were essential for Environmental Health & Safety initiatives. Jen holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree in English from UC Santa Barbara.
