Brett Murphy

Brett Murphy serves as the Senior Director of Training & Development at Gables Residential since April 2024. Previously, Brett held various roles at Wood Partners from April 2013 to February 2024, including Vice President of Education, Regional Operations Educator, and Residential Property Manager. In these positions, Brett was responsible for overseeing onboarding and support for all Wood Residential associates, emphasizing portfolio-wide learning on operational efficiencies, policies, procedures, and resident experiences. Additionally, Brett has expertise in preparing new lease-ups, including marketing strategies, advertising initiatives, market research, and the training of new hires on leasing strategies and management software.
