Eddie Meder

Eddie Meder is Area Vice President of Investments in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. office. He is responsible for all development and acquisition activities in the greater Washington, D.C. region. Eddie has over 15 years of experience in finance and multifamily / mixed-use development. Prior to joining Gables in 2012, he was an Associate at Macquarie Capital Partners, a private equity / real estate investment bank and Chief Operating Officer for Rockwell Partners, a boutique firm specializing in value added construction and renovation projects for lender-owned distressed assets. Eddie is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Eddie received a Bachelor of Business degree from Emory University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
