Kalyan Kubade

Kalyan Kubade has a range of experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Kalyan currently serves as the Head NPD and Process Engineering at Gabriel India Limited, where they are responsible for implementing new projects and ensuring proper utilization of capital expenditures. Kalyan focuses on continuous improvement projects using lean tools for productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

Prior to their current role, Kalyan worked as an Assistant Production Manager at DANA ANAND India Private Limited, where they maintained strong relationships with stakeholders and ensured adherence to change management processes. Kalyan also monitored QRQC adherence and took actions for closure.

Before that, Kalyan served as an Assistant Manager at Minda Stoneridge Instruments Limited. Kalyan started their career as a Senior Engineer at DANA ANAND India Private Limited, where they prepared process documents, closed actions against customer and warranty issues, and designed tooling and fixtures for product development.

Earlier in their career, Kalyan worked as an OE at Spicer Ind.ltd.

Kalyan Kubade completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) at Shri Siddheshwar Vidyalaya Basmath Nagar. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shree Siddheshwar School Basmathnagar, graduating in the year 2012.
