Mahshid Loram has over 30 years of work experience in various management and consulting roles. Mahshid is currently working as an Independent Program Management Consultant, providing consulting services in program management. Mahshid has also worked as a Project Manager Program Management Office at Keel Consulting, Brownells, Inc., and GAC Solutions. Mahshid has experience as an Enterprise Planning Program Manager at J.Crew.

Prior to their current roles, Mahshid worked at Ralph Lauren, where they held the positions of VP, Pre-Production, Global Manufacturing & Sourcing, IT and Senior Director, Pre-Production Landscape. In these roles, they were responsible for leading business solutions, project management, and organizational change management within the pre-production and global manufacturing departments.

Before joining Ralph Lauren, they worked at Coach as a Senior Director and Director of IT Applications. In these roles, Mahshid served as a liaison between the Supply Chain Business Organization and the IT department. Mahshid also oversaw projects related to product lifecycle management and system replacement.

Earlier in their career, Mahshid worked at Amarante Consulting, LLC and Segue America ltd./Hampshire grp. ltd. As a Project Implementation Director and Firm Partner at Amarante Consulting, they led PDM implementations and managed customer relationships for various fashion retailers. At Segue America ltd./Hampshire grp. ltd., they served as a Senior Production Manager, overseeing a ladies sweater product line and collaborating with Operations and merchandising teams.

Throughout their career, Mahshid Loram has demonstrated expertise in program management, project management, business process evaluation and improvement, technology evaluation and selection, and organizational change management.

Mahshid Loram completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management & Industrial Psychology from Baruch College between 1985 and 1989. In June 2007, they obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
