Rachel Kaminsky serves as the Technology and Quality Manager at Gad-dairy since June 2022, where responsibilities include managing the technology and QA team. Prior experience includes significant roles at Nestlé, where Rachel served as a Senior Development Technologist involved in leading brand innovations such as Bamba and Bissli, and held positions as a Senior Factory Technologist for Osem's dry culinary products and a Packaging Specialist at the Nestlé ice cream factory. Earlier, Rachel was a Development Technologist at Unilever in the wet and dry culinary division from January 2010 to January 2011.
